Certain nutrients are vital to help maintain healthy looking hair, including biotin, selenium and zinc, which contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Biotin and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin, plus Vitamin C which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. With iron, folate and B12 which contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. An ideal postnatal supplement for the 9 months childbirth, to help safeguard intake of nutrients pregnancy: Can be taken whether or not you are breast-feeding. I got these for the Mrs. Our baby is now 5months old and mummy has been having trouble with hair loss for over a month now. We used the pregnacare vitamins while pregnant so we were keen to try these.You are meant to take with your main meal justs before or after.They are easy to swallow with liquids but they have a very strong taste and smell so orange juice or a strong flavoured juice is essential.These have lots of good nutrients and after a few weeks we are already seeing less hair breakage and also the Mrs feels more lively.Good quality and value. Great quality and less iron!
I used to live in the UK back before when study university. At that time many of my friends asked to buy it for them to use which was very popular and good quality.And now with my first pregnancy I use it too! And it helped me to had the vitamins I needed and this brand doesnt contains much iron like other brands which can cause constipation!
