Very nice quality tea. Has a mild floral taste with honey notes. Sweeten with honey for a lovely soothing cup of tea, I don't use milk so I can't say how that would taste. It has beneficial calming effects and is good for soothing IBS symptoms, and bladder irritation. It also is good to drink before bed to relax you ready for sleep. Both myself and my teen daughter have ADHD and it does seem to work sending us off to sleep. Great value for money

This has a really nice taste and you can drink it without any sweeteners. As it’s known for its he’ healing properties, great for gifting. I’m not a fan of herbal teas so this was a pleasant surprise.

Love it! It tastes natural and the flavour is not watered when you pour a little more water on it. Haven't been drinking it consistently to be able to say whether it helps with sleep pattern or not, but I believe it is a good drink for any time of the day. Very good quality.
