As with all vitamins, it's sometimes hard to know if they're actually doing any good. As a senior in a northern country (with an especially poor summer this year) I'm taking these 1000iu tabs in the hope they'll make up for lack of sunlight. They're small and easy to swallow which is essential for me, so I'm happy with this product. They're also good value (providing they work, that is ;-)

Bought these to boost my immune system and these have proved themselves to be really good. I've taken these daily since last year and so far have not had a single cold or infection throughout the winter season when I usually get 3 on average.
