The lock is around 35% cheaper than local DIY stores representing good value for money. Installation is easy and the lock can be installed in just a few minutes with basic tools. The screws are poor quality so it maybe an idea to replace them. The lock is the old fashioned rim lock design from the 1940s and very low security but ideal for gates and sheds that don’t store any expensive items.

Good little gate lock. Easy to install. Needs plenty of lubrication initially.

Replacement for old rusty handle on gate. Easy to fit, only fiddly bit was getting the last screw in to hold the handle in place, but that could have been down to the size of my gate. Looks really neat, handle turns smoothly. Great price.

Handles are cheap plastic
The locking mechanism is ok, but the quality of the handles is unexpectedly poor. Cheap, plastic that lets the whole product down. Not impressed. A quick scan of the ad shows that this is not mentioned anywhere.
