The media could not be loaded. I’ve had the product for 2 weeks and so far it works well. My mouth guard comes out clean and odourless. I give it 4 stars as it doesn’t remove the scale marks from the guard and it’s relatively small in size so it’s hard to get other things in it. Many people call out the noise but it’s not much more than any electric toothbrush so I don’t see it as a problem, it’s part of how it works.The build quality is not bad but doesn’t come across as the most robust product. That being said, good value for money.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this ultrasonic machine in September, only three or four months ago, and it has already completely stopped working. I’m extremely disappointed—it’s just a trash product. For the price I paid (£43), I expected at least basic reliability.The machine was working perfectly at first, but about two weeks ago, I started noticing strange characters appearing on the LCD screen. Shortly after, it stopped working entirely. Now it just makes a beep noise when I press the buttons, but nothing else happens, and the buttons feel jammed.There’s no clear way to contact the manufacturer through Bolo, which is frustrating. A product like this should come with at least a one-year manufacturer guarantee. I’ll keep trying to find a way to resolve this, but it feels completely unfair to spend money on something that doesn’t even last six months.I don’t recommend this product to anyone, as it clearly isn’t built to last. The manufacturer should seriously reconsider the quality and support for their products. Avoid at all costs.

Great product, bought for kids Invisalign, cleaned them really well. Much more hygienic and no risk of scratches. Would recommend.

Worked well for 2 months. But then simply stopped working. I would not recommend as there was only a 1 month return policy and now having to buy another one (and this time I’m ensuring I’m buying one with at least 1 year warranty).Edit: I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because the seller did get in touch and offered a full refund for the defective product.

This is the best retainer cleaner I have used! The size of the product is quite big; however, due to its storage capacity, it fits both my retainers perfectly; the taste of my retainers is usually a bit off-putting, but when I use the deodorise mode, it gets rid of the bad smells and taste, and this product does. It is very easy to use with a simple press of a button to choose how long you want the cleaner to run for. It doesn't leak when in cleaner mode; it is very durable as it is a chunky product. The price of the product is very reasonable compared to the cleaner tablets. I am amazed at how effective it is. The only downside is the noise when in cleaner mode, it can make a loud buzz sound but you can easily get used to it, it sounds like a drill that dentists use, however, you can go to a different room to the cleaner and you won't hear it as much, the deodorise button just sounds like a normal fan it isn't too noisy but somewhat noticeable. But overall this product is by far the best retainer cleaner product I have used! Hence why, I have rated it 5 stars, and the extended warranty (2 years) allows me to have ease of mind that the product will function well.

Cute little trainer toothbrush
My 12 month old is Addicted to brushing his teeth because of this thing. It’s easy to hold for him and I and hbu love that he can do the motions by himself while I brush my teeth. After about 3 weeks use ( not consistently) I noticed the bristles started to shed so that would be my only complaint
A Great Toothbrush for Small Hands
I needed to replace the toothbrush for my 19-month-old son, and wanted a design that was not a choking hazard and easy for little hands to hold. After searching online, I decided to try this Toddler toothbrush 4-pack from Trueocity. These features appealed to me:1. Great price for 4 toothbrushes2. Wide handle design with center hole for grabbing3. Bright and colorful designsMy son liked the toothbrush immediately and grabbed it out of my hands so he could hold it and put it in his mouth. WIN! I always end up brushing his teeth, so the wide handle is also easy for me to hold, and my son loves to gnaw on the brush in his mouth. The bristles have held up thus far, and it's easy to brush my son's teeth with this design. I'm very happy I chose this toothbrush.
