Ok so lets start with fact most people are looking on here at tobacco alternatives which led me here..so if you want to knock nicotine on head and need something to assist in quitting then these are fab..you get a similar hit and feel of a normal ciggie and they are pleasant to smoke ..smell is a little pungent but i think in quest to quit these are a brilliant pathway to help..a little pricey but again if your quitting and just need odd helping hand to ease cravings by having maybe 1 or 2 when the need takes over it isnt as costly as a 10 -20 a day habit

These used to be a lot cheaper, 'bout the price of real cigarettes, and, hard to believe but, they were sold in health food shops around the country - Holland & Barrett, Julian Graves etc. No longer. Still, for a nostalgia hit you can get them on here once in a 'Honeyrose Blue' moon. I say they taste good, others will say no taste. Nuh, they taste good. Herbal and relaxing, they definitely have an effect other than placebo. You're burning and combusting herbs such as red clover and mallow and breathing in the smoke and spirit fumes of the leaves, like natives, yeah of course they alter you, albeit in some small and ultimately insignificant way, but they do. Trouble is they affect the skin. So I had some recently and gave 'em up after two or three from the box because I don't want to go through weeks of that, toxin build-up. Good for performance I've heard it be said. I used to smoke these before I ever touched tobacco and nicotine. Preferred 'em. But they all affect the skin, if you're prone, and they're not good for the lungs - how could they be? They chill you out though - vasoconstriction, depressant on the central nervous system, respiratory. Most people have a problem with the smell. I remember when everyone would vacate the smoking area at college 'cause I'd have these babies with me, wahah. They were often described as smelling something like cow dung. I was always content to not do what the popular kids would do. Eff 'em. Yakyakyak.
