Starting from my early 20’s. My Nana always said to care for my hands, neck and décolletage not just fade and body. She was right! Those areas age quicker as you get on a bit.I used this on and off since I can remember. I’m sure it was around in my 20’s. No other hand cream has ever made my now dry hands soft and moisturised. Not even “clinically proven” and dermatologist recommended ones.It does have an earthy scent, some may be put off by it. A little tip - mix in a little of a strong scented cream to it if you don’t like it. It doesn’t bother me as it fades fast. It can seem a bit greasy but let it soak in. It’s fabulous on feet too! I also use the extra that’s on my palms on my elbows too.It’s just an iconic product that’s a bestseller for a reason. It works. I won’t waste money anymore trying other ones when I keep coming back to this. Recommended highly by me for all ages. If you are young do always do your hands, neck and décolletage areas! You’ll be glad you did at 50!

I’ve always found this very effective and I love the smell. Not a particularly “feminine” scent but I find it very calming. I buy it over and over again. Very good for dry hands and also I find it “healing” for any minor sore bits on the body. Lasts for ages, a little goes a long way.

I really love this product. I came home with extremely sore, chapped hands after 9 days in the hospital, where they had very harsh hand soap and paper towels to dry your hands. My skin is super sensitive/allergic, and I break out on welts if I use any kind of scented product, or anything with shea butter or bee's wax.I gave this product a go because it did not contain the ingredients I know I am allergic to, and because I have had good luck with other Body Shop products in the past.I was not disappointed. After about 3 days of applying this hemp creme several times a day, my hands are now smooth and no longer painful/chapped. I don’t know why some people dislike the natural scent, as I think it is lovely. Not perfumy at all and barely noticeable. I will definitely be making this product my regular hand creme from now on.P.S.: Those who ask about using it on your face: NO, definitely NOT. It is too heavy for your face. For face, I just started using Body Shop Aloe Soothing Day Cream, and I like it very much, as it is very light, and does not hurt my sensitive, allergy-prone skin.

This is without the best hand cream there is but the price just keeps rising. Trying to dispense the last weeks worth is impossible with the stiff tube. Can no longer justify purchasing. Have tried an alternative hemp oil hand cream for a third of the price which is just as good and will stick with that in the future.
