A small bottle of 0.25litre Dot 4 plus brake fluid, this a very handy size for brake fluid top up as only small amounts may be required with long periods of shelf storage and non use.Like all brands of brake fluid it is hygroscopic so once unsealed and opened the fluid will absorb water the same as brake fluid in the vehicle, this small bottle whilst essential for top up does have a shelf life or expiry date not to be exceeded, so should replacement be required not a great deal is wasted compared to one litre or larger bottles.As for quality this Febi fluid should in theory be the same as all other Dot 4 plus brake fluid as specifications for types universal in manufacture, Dot 4 Plus fluid capable of working under higher temperature braking than normal Dot 4 fluid should be the only difference.However as brake fluid hygroscopic and absorbs water which can boil, reduced braking efficiency commonly known as spongy brakes can be encountered, so in theory the brand of brake fluid should make no difference just the quantity of water absorbed before replacement.
