Im a type one diabetic, there's absolutely brill, they work almost instantly and have a long lasting effects, energy level is great, the taste is good, so simple to use

Will probably be my last, but only because of personal preference, rather than anything bad with the productPro'sKeeps things clean, due to the screw bottle.Easy to store in a backpack.Con'sIn the same space of the bottle, you can have 5-6 energy blocks.I'm not sure this product has the same effect as energy blocks. I think it has a positive effect, but not as good.Tastes ok. Not great, but not offensive.Cost effectivenessThey're definitely worth a try, but I took these out on a 11 mile hike in an average temp of 16C, and if you do any more distance, you're going to want more (I definitely wanted at least one more), which reduces their cost effectiveness. So i'm going back to energy bloks, if only because of the small space they take up, and that I can carry more of them

La comodità delle compresse è tenerle in borsa sempre a portata di mano, il flacone è scomodo.Guardando bene l'immagine si vede che è liquido e non in compresse, ma la descrizione nel titolo inganna.
