Good for biracial skin - not many products are so this is a keeper. Have bought this again and again over past 4 yrs and it's the only thing I've put on both my babies nappy areas. I also use it all over their bodies after the bath. When it's really cold I carry a pot in my bag and put an extra layer on their delicate facial skin once we arrive at a freezing cold beach walk, for example.I prefer it in a tube for hygiene but it's hard to squeeze the last bit out, the tub is better for reaching all the product so pros and cons there.

My 7 week old had what I think was milk rash on his cheeks. Lots of red dots, that were dry and felt like sandpaper. I tried all the “My Expert Midwife” products like the skin salve etc but nothing worked, until THIS. Overnight the rash cleared up. We will now be using it for any dry skin patch on our baby and ourselves! Wonderful stuff!

I use this regularly for my baby and i was amazed after a few days of use almost all the marks from a recent hand foot mouth infection has almost cleared from my little baby's skin. I have been using Burt bee products myself for a very long time and was never disappointed.

Fantastic Balm for Dry, Itchy, Eczema-Affected Skin
I bought this because I was desperate for something to relieve the horrible dryness, itch, irritation and sensitivity on my eczema-affected areas, and I thought the ingredient list looked great. It has only been a couple of days of consistent use, but I have already noticed significant improvement in the dryness, redness and irritation of my skin.The balm is creamy-thick and leaves an almost wax-like protective coating on the areas to which it is applied without too much transfer to clothing. For anyone with serious dry skin issues, you know how difficult that is to find in a product. Though there is fragrance in the product, it is the last ingredient and not very strong. The scent is vaguely fruity/citrusy and seems to primarily serve as a mask for the scent of the first ingredient, castor oil (which, on its own, has a very particular, not entirely pleasant scent). Fantastic value for the amount of product you get in the container as well. Burt's Bees, please never discontinue this!
