Secure the dressing's edges to the surrounding skin. 5. Change the dressing if it becomes saturated or based on medical advice. 6. Dispose of used dressings properly.

These Allevyn Gentle Border dressings worked really well for what I needed. The cushioning is excellent, providing comfort and protection, especially over sensitive or high-friction areas. The adhesion is strong without being harsh on the skin, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easily they removed without causing irritation.My only downside is the cost—they are on the expensive side for regular use. That said, the quality is there, and for more serious wounds or where comfort is key, they’re definitely worth considering.Great performance overall—just be prepared to pay a premium.

The silicone gel adhesive on these dressings means removal is easy. Other dressings I've used have left my skin sore and bleeding. No skin damage was noticed at all with these.They are well padded and help to form the ideal situation for healing.Well worth the money.

I am allergic to plasters.But with they my skin dose not become red and hot.If you have elderly parents. These are ideal because they do not pull and stretch or break the skin when removing.Easy to remove. Even over the top of stitches.I use to be a care worker and when on duty I used to use these of my residents.Care home now orders these because we have zero skin tares now.A little more expensive then plasters. But in the long run they pay for them self's because you don't have to spend money on creams to reduce flare ups.All dressing should be made from this.Ideal for waring in the bath or shower. As long as you don't wash over them. They will stay in place.I have had long hot bubble baths and after my 40 min soak these are still in place and intact.Not uncomfortable.

Deze hebben mij giga goed geholpen met m'n wondjes aan m'n been destijds.Wel jammer dat ze bij zweten snel loslaten, dit soort borders zouden 3 dagen moeten kunnen zitten, zelfs mee douchen maar dat kan die niet aan.

Excellent dressing which stays in place but is easy to remove leaving no sticky residue. Highly recommended.

These are great. They were recommended by my doctors office. I just think they are very expensive.

Nehme sie prophylaktisch am Steißbein um Dekubitus zu verhindern, da sich die zu pflegende Person nicht mehr bewegt und jedes Umlagern eine Qual ist für alle Beteiligten. Mache noch ein bisschen Zinksalbe drunter und lasse den Verband bis zu 3 Tagen bevor ich ihn wechsel. Das mache ich jetzt ca 6 Wochen. Bis jetzt ist die Haut völlig reizlos. Für mich eine absolute Erleichterung. Habe aber auch noch eine Matratze drunter die Luft abwechselnd reinpumpt. Das alleine hätte allerdings nicht genügt
