I like the functionality of this having previously gone through many of the corded versions, I’ve not used it for long duration as regards time you get between cooling down but I got about 12 minutes of glue up time from Removing from charge cable but be warned these do get very hot even away from the tip endJust use the correct glue sticks for the application these cordless guns are a game changer especially if your up a step ladder where a extension cable is not practical I thoroughly recommend trying this one out , there are way more expensive versions out there but unless your using this full time and in a none professional setting then this is a very good alternative I also like the trigger it stops the hot glue from oozing out once you release but have another glue stick at hand as they do get used quickly, one minor criticism is no power on / off indicator on the glue gun .

This is a real good quality piece of kit, does what it supposed to very well , cordless wise it is good and expels hot glue for around 8 to 9 minutes but not continually, this is stop starting for a few seconds expelling glue then stopping for around three or four seconds. Corded it works very well and only a small drop after releasing the trigger but I just wipe the nozzle anyway and a force of habit. It is sturdy when using its pull out metal clip for resting the front part of the gun along with the flat underside of the handle. Would I buy this again ? very likely as it seems dependable and the convenience of portability are great for the obvious reason of using it cordless. I understand that the nozzle can be changed for different sizes I would probably try a finer one if possible as no one supplied is kind of big ish .

I bought this to replace a cheap 7mm glue stick gun.This gun works best with 11-12mm sticks and the body feels far superior to the usual glue guns offered on Bolo.I would like to point out this doesn't appear to have an internal battery so I wouldn't label this as cordless, you have to plug this in to warm up and if you want to use it as cordless, then the heat will remain for a period of time.This said, I highly recommend this gun.

Can't fault the gun does the job and is a reasonable price for a semi cordless.Would of been nice to include at least one stick of glue, most glue guns contain several.packaging was tricky to open, sharp plastic which cut my fingers, would of expected better packaging from stanley, but i guess stanley have a reputation for making things sharp.

Really like this!I've been a DIY enthusiast for some time now and I have almost every power tool known to man, but as a glue gun does not have a motor or really sharp bits, I never thought of getting one. There are though I found some jobs around the house that a jack hammer or angle grinder can't fix and for this a glue gun came in very handy.It heats up really quickly and has a flip out stand (that you can't see in the picture) so you can safely place the gun when not in use between jobs. I didn't use the cordless function that often as I was applying glue to stuff that I then stuck on the main object. However, when it came to fiddly stuff aka stuff I'd forgotten or missed and I'd hung the thing up already, the cordless function really came into it's own and it held the heat well enough. It's Stanley and so you know it's going to be a quality product and it is.I've had it for a while now and often find myself looking for things to glue, which to wife's relief is far better than getting a new drill and looking for things to put holes in... so in a nutshell, it will pay for itself in the cost avoidance of filler alone.

Not bad but I need to use it longer.. The glue sticks do not move along freely and I am having to push them which is annoying

It says battery glue gun or cordless. It basically heats up via corded and the stays hot after you unplug which is their view means it is cordless. Utter nonsense and quite frankly underhanded.

È leggera, pulita ed ergonomica. La peculiarità che me la fa apprezzare è il fatto che per un periodo ( circa 15 minuti) ottimale puoi usarla senza alcun cavo. Sta in piedi con la forchetta in dotazione e cola poco. Quando poi noti che la colla si sta raffreddando, allora ti basta ricollegarla al cavo per qualche minuto ( mai più di 5) e per un altro quarto d'ora puoi continuare a lavorare senza.Puoi anche tenerla attaccata alla corrente con il cavo e lavorarci senza staccarlo. È attiva sempre in meno di 1 minuto.La leva di avanzamento colla funziona a scatti, ma dosa in modo più che soddisfacente, modulando la quantità di colla che ti serve.Logicamente, alloggiando colla con diametro da 11 - 12 mm non si può pensare che sia per lavoretti extra fini, ma nel 90 per cento dei casi se la cava ottimamente.

Cuidado con el enchufe que es el ingles

La pistola es genial pero solo le doy 3 estrellas porque la envian desde Inglaterra y el enchufe no vale para España. Bolo deberia advertir esto

Wie schon im Titel genannt ist das Gerät so nicht zu benutzen.Es wird ein Stecker mitgeliefert der nur im asiatischen Raumverwendet wird. Schade
