Great product and worth the price
Great product for relaxed 'slick back' in very thick hair. Lasts a few days - can be touched up with a little water. Pleasant smell. Not rigid like gel - you can actually run your hands through it. Quality product and worth the seemingly expensive price.
Really good hold, smells amazing
This stuff is really good! The only downside as it’s water based if your moustache comes into contact with moisture, then it will lose it’s shape pretty quickly and you have to reapply it, unlike some of the wax based products I’ve used which are pretty much water resistant. Apart from that, it’s easy to apply, as I’ve mentioned before the hold is great, as good as or slightly better than any wax I’ve used. As it’s water soluble it’s easy to wash off in the shower. It smells really nice too. Top stuff!
Great Hair Product
Good product - a little expensive but always worth paying the extra for quality hair products over the bigger brands at the supermarket in my opinion. Holds pretty well but not too greasy, I do have especially thick hair though so I expect it will be an much better hold on finer hair types. If used in too large an amount it can dry hard like your basic hair gels, so use in smaller amounts and possibly with slightly damp hair. It is good for creating a slick look or neater hairstyles but won't give your hair much texture or volume (a wax/clay product will be better for that).The tin feels like a high quality item and as a bonus the stuff smells great, reminds me of Victoria sponge/vanilla. The smell hangs around too which is a nice touch.Although I like this product, I think I will move back to an oil-based pomade next time, possibly Uppercut's 'Monster Hold', purely because I believe the oil-based stuff is more suitable for my thick hair and hairstyle.

So here is my quick review with both the good and the bad
I've tried and own (collect) many different Pomades both water based and oil based and I was looking for another water based product to try (easier to wash out, less chance of a break out of spots, quicker to apply and style for everyday use) and I ended up going for this item (Uppercut Deluxe Pomade 100g)I'd heard / watched many reviews online and I'll be honest, not all were good) but I still wanted to give it a try.So here is my quick review with both the good and the bad.First off, the design of the product is right up there. I love the decal of the retro boxing scene and it looks cool on the shelf.The scent of the product in the tin is a mix of coconut and vanilla but it's not sweet smelling. It's been described as a dark coconut smell and I'll go along with that as I don't have a better way of explaining the scent however, I found that once it's in the hair for an hour or two it smells more like a toffee and it's rather nice. I like a hair product that keeps it's scent so this totally fine with me.Like most water based products scooping and applying the product into the hair is easy and it washes out with no fuss. When the product is left in the hair (over night)I found that my hair felt soft and nice to the touch.One of the only downsides to this product and often found with water based products is that while in the hair after styling it can get crunchy in the hair like some gels do.But this does not mean this is a bad product and if you can live with that minor gripe then this product will hold your style for the whole day and it also smells nice when you catch a whiff during the day.Highly recommended
You really can't go wrong buying this.
Amazing hair product that gives a brilliant clean, strong hold that lasts all day. It smells brilliant (like a sweet caramel to me)and I've had a few compliments about it. It holds up perfect even in strong wind but does start to loose a little shape after hard labour, although it's still better than anything also I've tried.My only issue, and this is just personal preference, is that it holds your hair with a similar rigidity to hair gel. As such if you keep playing with it it will eventually loose it's shape - no good if you're having a stressful day haha! I also find that it's only really good at creating the classic slick back/pompadour style and looks very sharp. Can't really get a more casual, messy style but maybe someone could advise me in the comments?Nevertheless I'm thoroughly impressed with this product and will certainly buy it again as well as trying out the other products that Uppercut offer.
Poor product & overpriced
Doesn’t really leave a shine and seems to sporadically seperate the hairs making it look messy rather than sleek. If you’re looking for a timeless wet / sleek luck, wouldn’t say this is your product.

Llevo usando la cera Uppercut Deluxe unos seis meses y se ha convertido en mi producto de confianza para el día a día. Buscaba ese acabado clásico de barbería, con brillo pero sin dejar el pelo acartonado, y en ese sentido cumple perfectamente con lo que promete.Esto es lo que más destaco tras este tiempo de uso:🔹 Acabado y Estilo: Deja un brillo retro muy bonito, ideal para peinados tipo pompadour o rayas laterales marcadas. Aunque el fabricante indica fijación fuerte, en mi experiencia personal diría que es una fijación media/alta: mantiene el pelo en su sitio pero sin esa sensación de "piedra" que dejan otros productos.🔹 Cero Residuos: Es una pomada de base acuosa, lo que es una ventaja enorme. No deja ningún tipo de residuo blanco ni sensación pegajosa durante el día. Además, se elimina súper fácil con un simple lavado.🔹 Aroma Adictivo: Sin duda, uno de sus puntos fuertes. Tiene un olor a galleta / dulce muy agradable que se nota al aplicarla pero que no resulta empalagoso con el paso de las horas. Es, posiblemente, el producto para el pelo que mejor huele de los que he probado.🔹 Si te mueves en moto, ten en cuenta que no resiste el casco. Al ser una fijación que no "suelda" el pelo por completo, en cuanto te pones el casco el peinado se deshace y es difícil de recuperar sin volver a aplicar agua o producto. Si tu rutina incluye trayectos en moto, quizás necesites algo más rígido.Resumen y recomendación: Es ideal para quien busca un look impecable y brillante para la oficina o eventos sociales. Si valoras que el producto sea fácil de lavar y que huela de maravilla, es una compra segura. Abstenerse si tu prioridad es la resistencia extrema bajo un casco.
