The brand doesn't need much intro, if it's made in Gragnano it's excellent. Garofalo is really good in keeping cooking (cottura) and retains all its texture, absolutely fantastic. Just cook it in abundant salted boiling water the time displayed on the packaging. Italian style? Cook it for one minute less so that it will have even more of a bite and the 'nerve' (uncooked line) in it. I bought this when discounted so cheaper than lesser quality brands you get from supermaket, great bargain!!

High quality pasta
This is good. High quality pasta indeed. We used this pasta on Pomodoro sauce and taste was awesome. The pasta is thick yet we could eat it after 17 mins of boiling. We will use this product again.

Not recommended!
Even after boiling it for over half an hour the pasta stayed uncooked inside! I won't use it again for sure.
