Warehouse purchase, listing stated average condition due to damaged packaging. Fast forward 24 hours and everything like new. Saving £310.Two weeks on, love it. Set up was simple, just put it on kitchen worktop to charge everything was up and running with time set when I came back to it. Manual is online, simple to follow. Registration took no time at all.Only bug bear, taking three links out of the bracelet left a snug fit. Only taking two links left it much looser than I likeAll in all, a great, quality watch at a bargain price.

I've had this watch for just over a year and still love it. In this time it's been worn every day and is not showing any signs of wear. Accuracy is excellent. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that this model is only for the UK and US seemingly (if you want it to update with the atomic clock every night). I travel between the UK and France and it only works automatically when in the UK. In France I have to set it to the A-TM option (easy enough to do) but happily it still keeps really good time without the atomic clock. It's a very minor gripe, as this is still a really top watch that has relegated my (far too many) others to the display case. As others have said you have to be patient when setting up, let it charge and leave it. After the first day it will be showing the right time and date. Someone mentioned that there is no manual, but I found one on the Citizen UK website without any problem.

Opened box, link had been taken out, hands not moving so dead battery plus attempted to move hands by pulling out arm but hands and/or date would not move/update.Disappointed do much after spending so much money on a watch for my husbands 60th birthday.

It can take up to 50 hours to fully charge and my not initially respond to time signals (from Germany, what's wrong with Herstmonceux?).Strap links are quite large so adjusting the strap is trial and error.Nice looking watch though.

Absolutely brilliant watch once set up you can forget about it it does not come with instructions but a Web site I found a you tube video which was very helpful this is my second citizen watch my first one is a few years old now but still keeps good time I have ni reason to think that my new one will be any different

Excellent watch with the added benefit of being driven by light and added advantage of radio controlled always at the correct time. For the monet great purchase.

Completely dead on arrival. No plastic covering on bracelet. None of the booklets that come in the box when NEW were included. I'm convinced that this NEW watch was either a show watch or secondhand. Watch once charged for 2 days could be set and I've had no problems with it working. But I payed for NEW not used with no papers or booklets

Great for everyday wear!
Beautiful watch.. great for everyday wear. You never have to worry about setting the time, radio time sync works great, even in Canada... the face size is perfect for normal size hands. I've had Citizen watches for years now and they are the most reliable watches I have (11 now)' the best part is you never have to worry about changing batteries. My first Citizen watch I got, I was 15 and 20 years later it still works.

Amazing Time Piece
Amazing watch, looks even better than the pictures. The quality and build looks makes it look much more expensive than it is. The watch continuously charges itself using any light source and will last up to 6 months on a single full charge! I am in central Alberta and the watch automatically synchronizes with the atomic clock in Colorado every night. The color is actually dark brownish grey, which I find more elegant than straight black.

Man sollte bei dieser Uhr in der Artikelbeschreibung dazu schreiben - wenn sie denn schon in Deutschland verkauft wird - dass ein Funksignalempfang der Uhrzeit nur für Großbritannien und die USA möglich sind. Somit spart man sich einen Rückversand der Uhr. Für andere Länder kann man zwar die Uhrzeit manuell einstellen, diese wird dann aber nicht mit dem Funksignal abgeglichen.
