Doesn’t grip the spikes at all to be able to tighten or remove as the spikes don’t fit fully into the hole of the key properly! Don’t waste your money! Binned!

A bad design. The surface that contacts the spikes is too thin. This creates a lot of pressure on the edge of the spikes when tightening. This high pressure cuts a groove into the spike and stops the key from tightening.The spikes I was using were also by Ultimate Performance, but I tried some no brand ones with the same result.It's just a cheap trick to use thin materials, however hard the blurb says that material is. It needs to be twice or more thicker.

Great accessory for my daughter's running spikes

I bought this as it was recommended with some replacement spikes that I was also ordering from Bolo. Both products arrived today - I took the old adidas spikes out with their "unique" tool and used this one to try and tighten the new spikes. As you can see from the picture, half way through the first shoe it's lost it's shape and is now unusable.I tried to process a return but after having to pay shipping costs I would have only got £1.56 back which wasn't worth my time or effort.
