This pump is not cheap, but it is engineered very well and is about as efficient as you could expect for its size. It looks very nice but it also functions well. I was concerned paying such an amount for a pump of this size but it does what is expected, looks great attaches to the bike via the water bottle bracket. I also have a smaller pump that is pocket sized but this one has a little more ooomph when pumping up tubes/tyres. I will add a photo comparing it to 6x4 inch photo and a small Lezyne Alloy Drive pump to show how it compares with the smaller version. The Tech drives is the black pump.The best part about this pump is the separate hose attachment for the valve, this really does make life easier when inflating the tubes.All in all, expensive, but you do get a quality functional item for the money. It will never match a track pump but for on the road purposes it is very good.

Pompe parfaite pour des pneus de VTT. Format qui convient pour rangement dans un petit sac à dos mais trop grand pour mettre dans le maillot. Je l'utilise pour compléter le gonflage de temps en temps mais pour un gonflage complet, mieux vaut prévoir une pompe à pied. De même, en cas de crevaison, mieux vaut un gonfleur CO2 avec cartouche 25g permettant de gonfler 2 pneus.

This review analyzes the Lezyne Tech Drive HV Hand Pump based on my personal experience acquired in 2022. Having initially attempted a hose-less pump (SKS) that resulted in frustration and damaged Presta valve inserts, I transitioned to the Lezyne Tech Drive HV.Methods:The Lezyne Tech Drive HV was used for roadside inflation of bicycle tires throughout 2022-24. Performance metrics included ease of use, inflation speed, and durability. Subjective assessments were made regarding comfort and grip.Results:Ease of Use: The Lezyne Tech Drive HV excelled in this category. The integrated hose eliminated the need for awkward valve stem manipulation, significantly improving user experience compared to the hose-less model.Inflation Speed: The pump delivered rapid inflation, particularly beneficial for getting back on the road swiftly after a flat tire.Durability: Throughout a year of use, the pump exhibited exceptional resilience, showcasing no signs of mechanical failure or performance degradation.Discussion:The Lezyne Tech Drive HV effectively addressed the shortcomings encountered with the initial hose-less pump. The integrated hose offered a comfortable and efficient solution for roadside tire inflation. The pump's robust build quality ensured longevity, eliminating concerns about breakdowns or malfunctions.Conclusion:In the context of 2022 technology, where mini electric pumps were less accessible and affordable, the Lezyne Tech Drive HV provided a dependable and user-friendly alternative. Die Luftpumpe ist ein "must have" für jeden ambitionierten Biker und jeden Cent wert. Klein und handlich für unterwegs und eine sehr gute Qualität. Natürlich ersetzt die Pumpe keinen Kompressor oder eine Standluftpumpe, aber mit einem maximalen Luftdruck von 6,2 bar und ihrer geringen Größe erreicht sie erstaunliche Leistung. Die Reifen sind trotz kleinen Abmessungen sehr schnell aufgepumt.Kann die Pumpe nur jedem empfehlen

Good mountain bike pump

This is a great little pump, mounts on the side of your down tube bottle cage. It fits both of my mountain bikes perfectly but there are two situations where it might not work. 1) if you have external cables adjacent to your bottle cage, they interfere with the mounting; my wife's bike has these. 2) if your downtube is extremely wide as some of the new ones are for storing tool kits.
