A replacement centre case for the Lockmaster / Milamaster multipoint door lock mechanism. If you're having problems with your door lock, the gearbox is almost always the problem and changing it is as simple as removing a few screws.
Please note this gearbox will only work when replacing the exact same gearbox. If you're unsure which gearbox you need please contact us.

No complaints worked as it should. Seems solid build. Perfect replacement for the one I had.Was very satisfying replacing the locking mechanism myself on my upvc door.

I last bought this product in May 2018 and am replacing it again today. One of the cams broke into four pieces on the old one and it wasn't worth trying to source a spare when the new lock was less than £17. Even with next day postage it was still half the price of the closest supplier to me and it lasted 6 years so I think that represents reasonable serviceability from what is after all, a cheap lock. I think the open case design is not great as it allows debris and dirt easy access to the mechanism and I have had to grease it a couple of times over the years but for the price, it is still good value for money.

After watching a few YouTube videos on changing one of these it seemed pretty easy to it for myself and save on the cost of a locksmith.Like for like replacement mechanism, fit nice, works well and I'd buy again when I need another one.Would highly recommend, it's a quality mechanism 5*

The gearbox lasted 5 days... Now I'm locked out of my shed and something has snapped when locking the door.. absolute terrible.. who do I send the locksmith bill too?

Measure carefully to make sure you get the right match, but this is quite simple to replace and a damn-sight cheaper than replacing the whole door when the old lock mechanism started to wear out on my front door.

The product is exactly what was needed and does the job.I paid for same day delivery as offered. This was then changed to 3 days later, I then changed it to the following day which was accepted. The delivery never came. I tracked the package but "oops, we're running late" was all I got. So I called customer service to be told exactly what was on the website. Totally unhelpful! It finally arrived a week late!! Utterly awful delivery service and information distribution! We actually had to the part from a more reputable company! Not even an apology!
