This product works really well for me. I was going through something which caused me quite a bit of anxiety and occasional panic attacks. I took the full dose - half in the morning and half before bed - for about 3 weeks and then just as needed. It really helped me to get better sleep and to get my anxiety under control. Really glad to have found this product. I only need occasionally now.

Vogel stress relief is really helpful to take the edge off anxiety at difficult times during the day. I also use it if I wake in the night to help me go back to sleep.Only downside is you need a very small amount of water to put the drops in.

The main active ingredients in this are valerian and hops which are reputed to have a mildly sedative effect. The other ingredients are ethanol and water.Its extremely bitter and unpleasant tasting and needs to be diluted in water or juice.Personally I'm not convinced that sedation is the best way to handle mild stress and anxiety, especially during the day, and a few minutes of meditation focussing on the slowing the breath is free and calms the nervous system.My experience is that this isn't really helpful for managing the symptoms of stress during the day, but thats not to say it won't be useful for you and at £4.50 perhaps its worth a try rather than reaching for the pharmaceuticals.Always apply due diligence when self prescribing herbal supplements and make sure they are suitable for the person taking them - for instance this contains alcohol so there are some people who should be wary, and valerian should be taken with care - always look up possible interactions with any medication that you already take.
