The paint it self is fine, but on opening the box which the tub was in, there was a fair bit of paint leakage inside the box. The lid had a kink so it was not sealed properly.

Damaged container on the inside of the box. Box on the outside not a bump on it which says it was damaged on putting in the box. Paint leaked all over the inside of the box. Have to return item to get replacement - received replacement and EXACTLY the same problem. Now waiting for two to be collected as a return and wait 2 weeks for my refund - I don’t recommend at all

Package looked fine on arrival,no external damage to the box once opened the paint can had been damaged and some paint had leaked out.. it looked like it had been dropped before packed.. luckily not too much lost and still usable.. but maybe consider wrapping the lid so nothing leaks out.. no denying the colour, not tried yet but from what I've seen in the box looks like good coverage, it wasn't too hard to scrub the couple of drips from my carpet..

Arrived broken and checking the other reviews seem to be normal for them, and they didn't made any changes in packaging their item, which is actually the issue.In order to be a 5***** seller, I think that the customers should have te option to replace, not just return the item and then reorder it (I don't know if they take advice, but using for top something similar as the base support, would be the solution)It's not ok because of vasted paint and everything gets dirty before even start painting, and I was lucky because I didn't open it on the carpet. I wanted a replacement to save my time, but just the return option was possible.Otherwise the paint is good and has good coverage.

I bought Johnstons paint as I've used it in the past and have been happy with it. I also used Bolo as the price was competitive and delivered next day. Was delivered and left on its side with other parcels on top, despite clearly saying "This way up". When I opened the box, some paint had spilt out of the lid. I was desperate to finish painting so I didn't return it. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR PERSON UNDERSTANDS THE INSTRUCTIONS. I will return if it happens again. Careless and shoddy.
