Really good quality vitamins and great value too! I like the fact that these are on offer and offer a wide variety of vitamins in their ingredient list. There are also a range of healthy oils in the omega oils.I have been using them for many years and I did switch at one point to Solgar. However, as these work out far better value for money, I have now returned.They are individual packaged so stay fresh. They are easy to swallow and have the dates on the back which are useful if you have forgotten if you’ve taken it and want to check!

These Give You Energy
My fiance started me on these, I have a hectic lifestyle and by the time I get home from work I am pooped out. I'm up at 5:15am crash out at 10 or 10:30pm. I have a 3 hour commute each day for work. I was dragging and hoping I would have energy when I get home for my wife! This peaked my energy and I feel like I did when I was a teenager. I recommend taking this after breakfast, you can play around with it and see how it works for you. I first started taking it with lunch at 1pm but I would stay awake all night. I found my happy medium is between 10-11am for the best energy throughout the day. I never thought I would be taking horse pills in my 20's but here we are!! I highly recommend this for those in their 20's and 30's who are always on the go and work in a high paced environment.
