How did someone decide to post fragile ice cream wafers in just a brown paper bag? No due care and attention demonstrated - what good are crumbs to a customer? Appreciate the prompt refund but someone in QC should look into it all the same.

Lousy overpriced product
Don't waste your money this wafer. The wafer does not taste fresh and it is so fragile
Can't find in the US, except on Amazon!
These wafers are readily available in Ireland and the UK, but not in the US. These are exactly what we wanted. They are used to make ice cream sandwiches.
