I am totally addicted to this. I love the croutons as most soups don't have them. As people have said, it's difficult to find in supermarkets. They stock in Asda though for a little bit more money. It's thick and creamy and really satisfying.

I wasn’t expecting much from an instant soup, but this one delivers! The texture is smooth and creamy, with a comforting vegetable flavour that isn’t too salty. The croutons add a nice crunch, though they soften quickly. Super easy to make—just add hot water and stir. Perfect for a quick lunch or snack, especially on cold days. Would love a bigger portion, but for the price, it’s great value.

Gourmet Quality UPDATE CONFISCATED
UPDATE. Ordered my supply of a dozen boxes and they were confiscated by US Customs for containing out of country meat. REGULATION 9 CFR 94. /Amazing soup. I use 3 sachets to one 16.9 fl oz (1.05 pints) 500mL of bottled water. I do like to add a few thinly sliced and chopped up green onions, shallots or chives. It does need to be stirred continually to avoid any clumps. Once boiling reduce the heat and finish with about 7 to 8 mins simmering. The result will be a silky smooth creamy texture with a wonderful aftertaste that just can't stop you from craving the complete annihilation of the rest of the bowl. The flavor is exquisite and is as fine as any concoction prepared in any fine dining establishment I have ever had. Definitely a lick the bowl if you are home alone consuming it. My tongue is just salivating just thinking about a nice big bowl right now. I just ordered the last 13 boxes left on Bolo as I finished my stock pile the other day. Forgot to order before I ran out. Only drawback is this ships from Great Britain and only other purchasing option is from Canada infrequently at a much much larger price with expensive shipping. This importer is the best deal. Although sent through Royal mail and takes up to a month to receive from England the purchase price is good and the shipping is free and well worth the wait!
