I’ve been taking it consistently for 3 weeks now and have genuinely noticed a reduction in the pain that used to be a constant issue for me.To support the absorption, I’ve also been taking this with vitamin C about an hour before low-impact exercise (recommended in the literature: Zdzieblik et al. 2017) like cycling or physio, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the results. My knee feels more stable, and I’ve been able to move with more confidence and reduced discomfort.I recommend giving this a try if you’re dealing with joint or cartilage problems – it’s made a noticeable difference for me.

I have been taking this product as recommended by my Orthopaedic Consultant in Portugal together with chelated magnesium. Yet to see positive knee pain improvement

Bought this product twice. I normally use powder collagen and I thought it would be easier to take capsules. I was wrong. The capsules are quite big and not that pleasant to consume. To be honest I do wonder about the product's quality. I bought this to help with my bones; knee and hip, and can't say I felt any effects, good or bad. Stars taken off primarily because of the size of the capsules and also I do not feel I should berate too much a product that did not work for me, maybe it does for someone else.

I have been taking UC-11 Collagen Type 2 from Hellenia for a couple of months now. Seems to be working as I've noticed less knee pain, fingers crossed for a continued improvement.
