Thought I’d try this to see and it turned out great. I already had a sugar thermometer as I bake a lot so I decided to pop it in whilst boiling up. It does say use 1/2 bottle per load etc but I went all out n used the bottle lolIt set perfect and I used 200g of raspberries in mine with the apples. As you can see, set like solid, didn’t slide in the jar n tastes lovely!I do think I might have been a bit too keen using the bottle and I bought 2 bottles so have 1 left. I’m going to do same with 1/2 bottle and see how that turns out. I chopped my apples into slices then cubed the slices so really small. I didn’t sieve any fruit, just whacked it all in, then popped into jars. Gave one to neighbour, took one jar to work and following the instructions I think I got 4/5 jars from itThis stuff is incredible and very reasonably priced and until I bought it, I had a recipe recipe but then read back of the label & followed it to the letter.. I’m impressed..

Bought on recommendation from a lady who knew all there was to know about jam making. Used a couple of bottles to make 10 jars of strawberry jam which set successfully and I will definitely use again.
