Might be good for people who get pica cravings for things like mud, plaster etc.I usually just have it with water but I enjoy it with soy/coconut milk heated up. Contains good protein and nutrients ontop of that and only 1 ingredient in there so it's pure. It digests well too.

The media could not be loaded. Love this hemp protein powder. Made up of only one ingredient and organic, it’s a no-fault powder. I added it to my yoghurt which consists of Greek yoghurt (sometimes cream cheese), vanilla bean paste, sample syrup and 2 tbs of hemp powder. I love knowing that I’m getting my protein boost from a wholesome product rather than the protein yoghurts sold at the supermarkets. Add it to smoothies too - highly recommend !

I started working with personal trainer to lean up and was looking for a good vegan protein which is also organically sourced. Hemp seamed like a best options.I am quite a fussy eater and hate chocolate so I am quite limited to what I can buy. When this one popped out in my search I was happy enough with 49g protein in 100g product so ordered it.This powder is organic, gluten free and suitable for vegans. It mixes very very well to a smooth drink, even in a shake bottle prepared on the go.I have it in the morning with flaxseeds, cinnamon and coconut oil mixed with almond milk and then during a day just powder in almond milk. While the morning option is not great, but swollowable, the taste of powder only in almond milk is absolutely disgusting. I take it in a small amount of almond milk so I can drink it quicker and then just drink water to remove the taste from my mouth.It is very filling thou and I don't feel hungry during a day, so thumbs up for that!Once I'm done with my leaning up process I will start adding some fruit and veg to it for better taste. Until then I have to follow my PT recomendation, man up and suck it up.One star down for the taste. I will buy again despite the taste, just ordered another pack.

Like the flavour, slightly nutty. I add it to milkshakes or sprinkle some on my breakfast cereal or porridge . I feel hemp is a good source of protein so very happy to use it and love the fact it’s actually organic. Bought other items from this brand, very impressed. Top of bag seals well for keeping it dry and fresh.

It might be necessary if your into fitness nutrition and need certain amino's / protein per day to keep your muscles going, but surely there is a better way this taste's like Earth but at least its vegan and doesn't contain any added sugars, the nasty thing about carbs is that they spike the insulin and when you have insulin resistance that prevents your growth hormones from activating.So really protein shake with sugars or sweetners vs Hemp protein I'd pick Hemp just mix it with something natural and pleasant like maybe put it mixed with water paste on top of a savory dish just don't overdue it, too much protein isn't healthy for kidneys, but carbs are worse. You could add it to a blender with avocado cucumber etc.. typical green healthy smoothies, I know the taste but hey its pleasant and better than hemp on its own.

After my morning workout I mix 1 tablespoon of this powder into my smoothies. I absolutely love it as it offers protein and minerals I need without costing the earth like some of these powders do. I will continue to buy this product.
