I have been buying this cream for my mother for nearly 2 years now. She got her latest order at the start of May. Same cream as always. Same bottle and name as her old previous bottle. Creams are slightly different in colour. New one is more white. But most importantly the new bottle doesn't do anything. No firming wrinkles at all! New bottle shown on the right. Cream is much more white. Has the formula been changed or is the new bottle a dud? hoping it's the latter as my mother has loved using this cream. Really gives her confidence

I always wonder if these reviews are fake but I promise this one isn't fake. This stuff is actually really good. It works!! You literally only need the tiniest bit though else like some others have said it leaves a white powder under your eyes but if you use the tiniest bit, it's effective and not chalky. I'm pleased I took a punt on this. You can put make up over it too, but only if you use a tiny bit of the Thomas cream. You only need a tiny bit anyway. This bottle will last me forever! I promise this isn't a fake review! Buy it and use a tiny bit and see for yourself.

This is amazing!! I've tried loads of different ones but nothing worked. Followed the instruction, clean, dry skin etc, put a rice grain sized blob on and gently applied it using my ring finger. It works!! Will definately be buying again.

I did read all reviews on this product. Most very talking about white residue. I did think, maybe they put more on than needed, or didn't rub it in properly, so I bought it anyway. Wish I saved my money. Its expensive for a tiny tube, however I would be happy to spend that money if it was good. I have to admit, it really does work! My bags and wrinkles really did vanish. Knocked years off my face. However, it really does leave white grainy residue. I tried different amounts, I tried rubbing in quicker, nothing worked, it was there every time. And it's obvious, clear as day. It dries almost instantly, so working with it is impossible. And there is no hiding it with makeup. It just doesn't work with makeup. If like me you've read the reviews and decide to buy anyway, you have been warned.

Eye bags? Here's your solution! THERE IS A LEARNING CURVE! I shake the tube, make sure my undereyes and hands are clean and dry then I take a TINY amount, like less than a pea size, and apply quickly under the eye but not too close to the eye. Then around the bottom edges of where I just applied I'll take a lightly damp cloth and pat the edge to blend it (DO NOT GET THE EYE BAG WET, it'll make the product not work). Do not put any makeup or products over this. Anyways, it'll take off 10yrs instantly. I've been using it for 3 years or so

Definitely feel it tightening but it leaves a white mark that looks like I had skin grafts done . Women can cover with makeup but men can’t so ifs not for me if I’m honest . I used it very sparingly. And to feel it tightening was great but the white skin graft affect that it left disappointed me.

This absolutely does not work. I would actually rate it less than one star. What a complete waste of money. It feels like it is tight but after 5 minutes there is white residue under the eye no matter how much or how little is applied and it is tough to remove then too. Not impressed

Waste of Money !
The product is useless, it does nothing. All claims regarding how it helps to reduce puffy eyes are lies. Please, don't buy it. It's a waste of your money. No star.
The Eye Cream Works
I bought this eye cream after seeing a viral video. All I can say is that its like putting a filter on your eyebags. My advise is to use it sparingly and it wont leave a white residue around your eyes. Its great. it is my 2nd purchase.
