I've been taking this for some weeks now. I must say say I can definitely see some progress. The way I take my protein may be differ from other people BUT the foundation is going to come from your diet and your workouts. Not too sound to preachy.Shake mixes well and tastes great of course it is not going to be as sweet as this is whey isolate. Love the olimp resealable bags.This is the cleanest source of protein, all in all great product I've made progress that I've never made before and I would highly recommend this.Gave it 4stars coz I haven't tried other flavours and I also don't want to overhype it.

Une whey sans lactose, parfait quand on est fragile des intestins. Facile à mélanger. Reste liquide. Peu sucré pour le goût vanille.

Ottime proteine del siero del latte, con buon profilo amminoacidico.Si sciolgono egregiamente nei liquidi, hanno un sapore gradevole (nel mio caso vaniglia), le fonti e la provenienza sono certificate e tracciate, non contengono additivi di dubbia salubrità.

Servus habe lang recherchiert und mir 5 der „besten“ Isolate laut diversen Internetseiten/ Foren bestellt die da wären: Scitec, Frey Nutrition, Zec+Nutrition, Biotech und dieses. Gibt noch andere die sehr gut sind aber anscheinend wurden laut anderen Rezensionen die Werte verändert und daher fallen diese auch raus.Die 3 ersten lösen sich nur mäßig auf, daher fallen diese für mich raus.Geschmack ist jedoch OK und im Mixxer lösen sich diese auch gut aber nach dem Training im Shaker muss man schon seeeehr lange schütteln bis es sich auflöst. Mit warmen Wasser geht das natürlich besser aber hat man ja normalerweise nicht zur Hand.An erster Stelle würde ich das Olimp stellen und an zweiter dann das Biotech. Beide lösen sich super auf und schmecken Gut.Von den Werten her müsste man natürlich selbst im Internet genauer schauen was für Säuren etc enthalten sind aber sie sind alle Gut.Mit Olimp oder Biotech macht man meiner Meinung nach nichts falsch dennoch würde ich das Olimp dem Biotech vorziehen weil es doch vom Geschmack und der Lösbarkeit besser ist.Ist aber im Vergleich auch das teuerste.
