The only thing that helped me stop smoking after 30 years. I tried patches, mints, sprays, etc. but these were the only thing that really took away the cravings. One word of warning though, I am still addicted to nicotine and these little tabs, even after two years, but at least it is cheaper and less in healthy than smoking. Give them a go but as with all these things you still need to want to stop.

I love this product. When you feel like smoking, you just place one or two under your tongue and inhale as if you were smoking. Truly incredible performance.I only gave it 3 stars because the packaging is terrible: the foil is very flimsy and lets all the pills spill out. I would suggest using a small plastic container to transfer the pills into daily.

I wanted to get something unflavoured to avoid all the chemicals in other nicotine replacement products and these are great.The spicy unflavoured nicotine tastes a bit unusual at first but you soon get used to it.They take between 15-30 minutes to dissolve completely.In my opinion microtabs are the best oral nicotine product out there.And with only 5 ingredients (including nicotine), rather than the long list of chemicals in the gums/lozenges/sprays - they are the healthiest option.

Don't take these long term. I took these for about 6 weeks. They gave me terrible brain fog. It was that bad I thought I was getting dementia. My memory was awful and it got really bad. I just couldn't think straight. I stopped taking them and normal brain function has returned. No wonder they've been removed from sale in supermarkets. Avoid. There's something in these that is bad for you.

Any anti smoking application has various degrees of success with users. In this case Micro Tab works for me; too well in that it has replaced my addiction for tobacco to a chemical product.There are warnings to long term use so be advised. Am now looking at a vapour product were you can reduce nicotine content to eventually wean yourself having any craving.Still give it 5 stars because I immediately came off tobacco but be wary of long term use.
