It's a snowy white rice, with long grains and a good flavour.But I find that it often over-cooks in my rice cooker (no other rice does, just this one) and well, just isn't as good as the price suggests.

Un riz véritablement parfumé et gourmand.
Si vous aimez les beaux riz parfumés, les basmatis longs, purs, qui ne collent pas, et s'accommodent à toutes vos recettes, le riz Tilda est fait pour vous. C'est mon riz favori depuis plus de 20 ans. Juste rincé, cuit dans 2 fois son volume d'eau, il diffuse son arôme dans toute la pièce. Il est parfait. Chaque grain se détache. Il ne colle pas non plus cuisiné au lait de coco et aux épices. Un véritable riz gourmand et versatile.
