Definitely works.I have 3 cats (2 females and one male). The male is now 10 and since he was born has been a very soppy cat, very attention-craving and suffers with separation anxiety, seriously! He has got worse with age. As of late he has been peeing on the beds (AGGGGGGGGGGGGH!) and then developed a urinary tract issue (very expensive vet bill and a Veterinary diet). I work at the vets and saw this, but I bought this on Bolo as it is a lot cheaper - I also have the spray.Since using this diffuser and the spray to occasionally spray areas, and the cat, he has calmed considerably - it's almost as though he is constantly stoned, yet still his lovable, talkative self ;)It does have a strong whiff (especially the spray) but that's Valarium, and as it's a natural herb (not a chemical smell, which I hate) I can deal with it. The main thing is he is less stressed, as any stress brings on his issue. We recently had a new door chain (fly chain) fitted, and this is what started his recent episode of urinating in the house as he was stressed, hence developed the urinary problem. He has been petrified of going through the chain, whereas the others do with no problem. This has enabled him to be less scared of the chain and anything else that would normally stress him out. The smell is really not that bad, you get used to it, and we only occasionally catch a whiff.This is a brilliant product and a good price!

My boy cat is very stressy - everything upsets him - other cats passing the house, loud noises, visitors he doesn’t know, the grandchildren coming over, furniture being moved, something new in the house, and in particular his sister who has no time at all for him! You name it, he’s stressed by it! He definitely has issues! The result - he sprays on furniture, doors, walls and entryways. I know this is his way of defending his fortress but every now and then it becomes out of hand. I have tried all the recommended measures to prevent and diffuse this happening but it still does! I’ve spent a fortune on another brand of diffuser over months, just to have him spray on the unit itself! This pet remedy one is different. It does seems to have lessoned the problem to a certain extent. It also seems to be lasting quite a long time which is good as some others run out very quick. The smell is not the best I must say - some have likened it to cheesy feet and I can detect the similarity! However I have valerian growing in the garden and that is the smell so I am used to it and can live with that. Anything is better than cat wee! Ultimately I think this product is worth a try if all else has failed, as in my cat’s case, as it does have something of a calming effect. If you too have a ‘Dirty Boy’ (or girl), give it a go!

This is amazing. I would highly recommend, especially when introducing new pets to the house. if you want to introduce dogs to cats.

Only been using for a few days but every time I walk past there is a really strong smell coming from it, don’t think it has worked yet but I haven’t been using for long enough to work, the smell does travel which is probably what it needs to do but I’ve had to turn it off for a bit because of the smell.

Had much difficulty with 2 or 3 of my 5 cats urinating outside of their litterbox.But OH! The joy and peace that this lovely plug in has brought to this household.No more urinating outside of box, FINGERS CROSSED!Also I have some very relaxed and calm kitties, with the exception of daily zoomies of course.I leave it on most of the day, sometimes turning off when I am cleaning/window is open.Has a little smell, almost like 'fresh, wet paint' - nothing too bad or overpowering, in fact - I quite liked it! Better than stale urine smell for sure.I am so chuffed with this purchase, most on the market are ridiculously overpriced and do not work half as well as this beauty.Great buy, highly recommend to other cat/pet parents!THANK YOU TO THE INVENTOR OF THIS PRODUCT!

I read all the reviews, saw it is a Marmite thing, love it or hate it, well I hate it. My cat doesn't hate it, she doesn't seem aware of it.I really wanted this to work for my blind rescue cat, as she can get a bit skittish, I bought this hoping she would relax when I am out of the house.I read in that the smell would calm down after a couple of days, so after plugging it in and within minutes this fetid small hit the air, I was hoping this would happen. Even though it smells vile, I was prepared to put up with it, if it worked, but I don't think it does.I plugged it in low level in a place where my cat walks by many times a day. I don't think she has noticed it, she never appeared to smell it or be aware of it. Although she is blind, she is very aware and very clever.So a week or so down the line, it's still in and kitty still gets skittish now and then, ne less than normal. So in my opinion, it doesn't work for my cat.I also bought the matching spray, for an instant 'hit' of calmness. I have reviewed that separately.I have been a little worried the smell might linger on me, so I have been asking friends if I smell like 'A tramps sock'. Fortunately, I don't.Don't know if I can stick it until it runs out. I might bin it.If it works for other pets, that's so great, but not on my cat I'm afraid. :(

As headline says, we have a 2 year old cat that is very nervous and agitated and has trouble settling down at times.This product has been fantastic and really helped her to settle and relax her.When we use this, she sleeps most of the day, and is very relaxed and happy to be fussed for ages.The smell is very slight, and does not seem overpowering, bonus use is that it makes putting flea drops on her is now easy as she is more dosile and sleepy.Well recommended product that is cheap compared to others, and has proven very effective

Ho usato pet remedy per diffusore in una situazione di conflitto tra gatti dopo l’introduzione di un nuovo soggetto adulto. Sicuramente ha calmato gli animali diminuendo le scaramucce.

Das Produkt entspricht der Beschreibung, aber es gibt keine Informationen darüber, dass der Diffusorstecker vom englischen Typ ist, ich musste einen Adapter kaufen. Außerdem wirkt das Produkt nach dem ersten Tag. An den Geruch kann man sich gewöhnen. Ich persönlich empfehle das Produkt

Tengo una gata nerviosísima que se autolesiona mucho. se ha calmado mucho desde que puse el enchufe y no está tan nerviosa y no se ha hecho daño. Estoy muuuuy contenta. No es barato, pero realmente merece la pena!

Ok, I have been using the spray to some positive effect to help calm my 4 cats who haven’t all been coping well with three rambunctious foster kittens who have been living with us. One spray of the sleeping area in the morning and again in the evening was helping. But we went out of town for 5 days and our cat sitter didn’t continue spraying. Needless to say, we got home to find several accidents and the most timid of our four cats hiding under the bed, refusing to emerge. So I thought we should try the diffuser which would operate at low levels dispersing the herbal aroma throughout the day and night, and especially when we’re not home.We’ve been using for about two weeks now. It is actually really nice. The fragrance is earthy and flowery, like a mild patchouli scent. We have it plugged in in the living room, where most of the cats spend most of their time. It seems to really be helping, even our timid older cat who has been coming out for snuggles and joining in with play time. There has been a marked reduction in the hissing and running and scuffling between the cats. I’m kinda thinking it’s even helping me calm down at the end of hectic work-days....we’re all mammals, right. Anyway, I’m generally skeptical of natural or aroma therapy remedies, but this seems to be having a positive effect. It’s worth continuing. We keeping the rest of the spray for spot applications in other parts of the house and for times when we have to travel to the vet.
