The perfect viscosity, smoke temperature, flavor, purity, dispenser/container,… even the can is sturdy & leakproof. The lid even fits perfectly on the bottom of the can for convenience. Try that with those knock off store brands. That alone definitely makes it worth the extra $.20. Why cheap out with no-name knockoffs when you can have the classic? It’s classic and been around for decades for a reason. Useful for more than cooking.Get Dawn to cleanup any left behind. Don’t let leftovers, spills or dishrags get hot and you’ll never have that “ greasy deep fryer “ smell that’s totally avoidable.Get the sticks only if you need precise measurement and plan to use a whole stick quickly because they’re not easy to save.
