Who would of thought buying dressings was hard most are adhesive which is not what i wanted so opt for these.Needed for post -op drainage/infection and they are really comfy no digging into skin or underwear don't even know they are there, absorbent and no transfer leakage onto clothing so for me if i wanted more I'd order again I paid for faster shipping and arrived two days later in the morning...... nice job.

These are indeed low adherent dressing pads. A bit bigger than I anticipated but can easily be cut to size with a pair of medical scissors. I had a boy who is always taking the skin off his knees and elbows so these are a requirement in my medical box. These and the sticky paper tape. These are much cheaper than buying the boots ready to go dressings that are almost like giant plaster.

I'd normally buy other versions of these in packs of five at 5cm x 5cm from the supermarkets, however these work out considerably cheaper and have the additional flexibility of being able to trim them down into many smaller, more shape-spsecific pieces - obviously this might not be manufacturer approved as they're sterile, but it's what I do with disinfected scissors to make them go further and be more useful. Overall the larger size and bulk rate mean they work out much better value when I can use them for more than one site at a time. This doubles up with the obvious benefit of being a much larger area for when bigger dressings are needed. They came in a handy box with a perforated cut that can be peeled away to allow easy access from the side of the box - convenient for when you've got a box full of dressings and supplies.

Sadly these came today, and I found these wouldn't cover my wound, that I needed to cover, as I'm amputee and need a dressing to support an old wound on my knee, that on open any time I was after thicker dressing, this dressing is very little cover. I will keep and double up on the thickness to dressing support. but for it's price I shouldn't be moaning and it came within days of ordering. Sorry I can't offer you more stars, if thickness was more then they would of the job.
