Magnesium, Zinc and Selenium are important for skin health and therefore we were looking for a supplement that has all these in it. This product from Lamberts contains all of these and many more. My son has been taking it for about a month now and his skin looks better than it ever has before (also dietary restrictions). Very happy with this and will continue buying it again.

Ich denke eine halbe Tablette pro Tag reicht auch aus. Wo ich nun auf der Verpackung alles einsehen kann.Alles andere wäre bei den Inhaltsmengen wohl übertrieben!Und somit reicht die Dose eine halbe Ewigkeit.Die Tabletten sind sehr fest und sehr einheitlich gefertigt.Bin sehr zurfrieden mit dem hochwertigem Produkt.
