For the money, this is a quality item. The blue face is very attractive, and it's a good size - an easy-to-wear 37 mm in diameter (although be aware that it is quite thick.) As others have commented, if there's any corner-cutting it's on the bracelet, which is hollow and slightly jangly. That said, it looks fine (although the example I got was suitable for a large wrist, and I had to have four links removed.) This is the third Seiko 5 I've owned, and it's well up to par. Recommended.

Watch looks good but sadly the auto wind mechanism doesn't work efficiently, the watch has been stopped every morning so far even though it has been worn for the full day the previous day.

Orologio automatico dal rapporto qualità/prezzo/estetica IMBATTIBILE

Avevo bisogno di un orologio e lo volevo automatico, affidabile, dal design sobrio ma esteticamente piacevole. Pensavo di dover mettere in conto almeno 500/700 euro per portare a casa qualcosa di degno (Tipo Hamilton fascia base, Citizen fascia media etc.). Per caso inizio a guardare i Seiko e trovo questo modello. Inizialmente sono in dubbio per la misura della cassa, 37 mi sembra una misura un po' piccola ma io ho il polso molto magro per cui, almeno per me, non dovrebbe essere un problema, quanto forse un vantaggio. Due le alternative estetiche: quadrante nero bello, classico, quadrante blu cangiante incognita, potrebbe essere pacchiano se troppo acceso, molto attraente se non eccessivo. Pezzo ridicolo per un automatico di marca nota, ancora di più se con quadrante blu (e pure in Prime). "Per quello che costa vale il tentativo" ho pensato. Sapevo che Seiko è comunque una marca molto affidabile anche per quanto riguarda i movimenti e mi decido sul quadrante blu. Massimizzo il risparmio e mi gioco l'effetto sorpresa. Spedizione velocissima, consegnato un giorno prima rispetto alla tempistica formulata da Bolo. Effetto sorpresa: vincente!! L'orologio è veramente bello, il quadrante blu gli dona un tocco di luce particolare che probabilmente la versione nera non ha. È estremamente proporzionato in se, e per il mio polso è perfetto. Gli indici sono applicati così come il logo seiko e il logo 5, donando così una bella sensazione di profondità al quadrante, e sono lucidati come le lancette, donando un aspetto molto elegante. Il movimento out of the box ha una precisione di +- 6 secondi, ottima anche per orologi di fascia medio alta. Che dire, sono veramente colpito da quanto questo orologio riesca ad offrire, per il prezzo a cui viene venduto.

الساعة من ناحية الشكل حلوة جدا ومقاسها ممتاز ولكن فيها عيب واتمنيت اني ما اشتريتها اذا مالبست الساعة تقريبا لمدة يوم او يومين الساعة تتوقف تماماً ولازم ترجع تضبط الوقت والتاريخ من جديد ولاحظت فيه تاخير في الوقت لدقائق بسيطة مع الايام

Just beautiful and its automatic, what do i have to say?

I have come to really appreciate the quality of Seiko mechanical watches. And I like watches with NO batteries to Ever have to replace. This is my 5th mechanical Seiko 5, and they are all reliable, stylish, quality watches. This one is by far the least expensive of the 5, but after 6 months of use, seems to be every bit as good a watch as the other ones. The blue face is a beautiful distinction from the more common watch face colors. The luminous glow of the hands and hour markers is very long lasting, compared to most watches these days that do not have tritium faces. It will glow enough to see all night when exposed to light before bedtime. It keeps great time and easily stays wound up as long as I wear it every day. I picked this and the other Seiko watches I have for the smaller size, which is hard to find these days of monster watch case sizes. The only complaint I have is the link removal design on the Seiko bracelet is difficult for resizing the band. I took 4 links out to fit my small wrist.
