My hairdresser advised to take these to help with reducing hair loss and although it hasn't stopped it, it has made a noticeable difference. They're easy to swallow, don't have a smell that I've noticed with some vitamins and seems good value for money for the pack size. I will definitely continue with these.

I take them with food just as described and my doctor told me not to take after caffeine(tea) and followed her advice but they seem to digest fine.Overall, they’re affordable, effective, and do what they’re supposed to. I don't recommend buying these anymore. I used to buy them but the most recent batch I received have an odd chemical flavor that was not there in previous batches.
