My wife just has to have this for her cooking. She is well careful about salt level. I have the occasional DIY cup-a-soup from a teaspoonful in a mug. Well packed, indeed best packed that I have encountered for food stuff. Prompt delivery. Out for 48 hours, I thought, but received it within 24. Bravo. Tubs are recycled for art and craft items. Stackable, strong and very well designed.

The best
I prepare beans from dry, rice and quinoa, chili and soups in an electric pressure cooker. This is by far the best powdered flavorful broth to use across the board with all those things. I'm never without it. Dissolves quickly in warm liquid.

When You Just Want a Nice Cup of Hot Broth
Having recently been diagnosed with a serious illness, I found this product recommended on a site that offers suggestions on what to eat when you are experiencing nausea or don't feel like eating. A teaspoon per cup creates a hot broth which is very satisfying and tasty. I've also used in soups. But it is very concentrated so use smaller amounts intially. Mixes very well in hot liquids. Not so much in cold. The shipping took a while but I didn't realize it is coming from overseas. It is made in Switzerland. No matter. I will order again. I also like the fact that there are 2 containers in the order.
Quality of ingredients vs price-point
This product displays itself as being gourmet - but it’s actually sea salt, potato starch, some soy, sunflower and rapeseed oil with some herbs and spices. Very sad, for a price like this and the “Swiss”-claim I expected something like Rapunzel Organic.
