Works great for putting down on a pizza peel before launching into a pizza oven, keeps the dough from sticking.It is quite flammable and will catch on fire in the oven, so I would recommend keeping the quantity used to somewhat of a minimum!

I’m very pleased with the Natco Coarse Semolina. The grains are uniform, clean, and have a lovely golden colour. It cooks beautifully - whether I’m making upma for breakfast, halwa for dessert, or using it in homemade bread and pasta for extra texture. The coarse grind gives dishes a hearty bite without feeling gritty.The 500g pack is a convenient size, well-sealed, and keeps the semolina fresh until the last spoonful. Excellent quality and great value—I’ll definitely keep this stocked in my pantry.

Excellent for making pizzas. Just put a small pile of this on worktop and toss the pizza dough ball and stretch on. Sprinkle a handful of the coarse granules on your pizza peel before putting the stretched pizza base on and your pizza should slide easily into your pizza oven.
