Excellent quality probiotics. I only take one capsule a day and boost it to two if I am feeling under the weather. I definitely feel they are making a difference to my health and are excellent value for money if you are taking only one a day.

I have used viridian supplements for years with great success and I was looking for a probiotic to help me more with the good bacteria in my body. I have been using this for weeks now and had no problems. I don't know if it is working but I do feel good.I use the vitamin d3 as I was severely deficient, it has helped raise my levels massively to a 11 to 56 over a gradual process of months. I now take higher doses of 2 x 2000 ius a day and only started on 400. It's brilliant and a massive success. I could not tolerate the prescription of d3 but this natural form was perfect. I feel so much better.This is how I know I can trust viridian.The only reason I gave a 4 is due to me not knowing if they work.

There's nothing worse than itchy sore bits! Ever seen a dog dragging it's bum along the floor to relieve an itch, well I nearly tried that! Unfortunately this is a common side effect of antibiotics for many woman, amongst other reasons (birth control), itching that is not dragging your bum on the floor! I read about this supplement in a magazine and thought I would give it a go. I started with 3 a day for a couple of weeks and then dropped to 2 and then 1. Have been leading a itchy sore free life since. Have nearly finished another course of antibiotics so put up my dose and have had no sign of any itchy side effect (thank goodness, dragging said parts on floor to relieve itchyness may not go down well in work!)

I have been experiencing some bowel issues ever since I had the norovirus very badly two years ago and am currently undergoing some investigation. I remembered using this product effectively a while ago and have returned to their use, with the approval of the GP.

Ja, das Produkt hat ein ansprechendes Packungsdesign und es ist vegan - und der stattliche Preis ließ auf Qualität schließen.Eine Täuschung, vor der ich andere nur warnen kann.Das Produkt beinhaltet so wenig Bakterienstämme, dass es nicht mal zur Stabilisierung der Darmflora genügt, an Sanierung ist nicht zu denken.Ich habe die Detail-Informationen der Packung entnommen und sie mit anderen Produkten verglichen und dachte: das kann nicht sein.Schließlich nahm ich es mit zum Arzt, der es auf den Punkt brachte: Entweder sie tun es in den Müll oder wenn Sie gern mal Tabletten nehmen, dann tun sie das. Sie schaden nicht. Aber erwarten sie keine Wirkung. Die einzige Wirkung ist im Portemonnaie des Herstellers...Tja. Schade drum.
