I can't do without this supplement, it makes a huge difference to how I feel all month round but most especially during my period, when I double up on the dose for a few days before and during. They were recommended to me by a qualified holistic practitioner friend. They have helped alleviate often time crippling PMS symptoms which would result in me feeling human only for a week or so every month - that's no way to live and no-one should have to endure that. These supplements help with bloating, low mood, irritability, over sensitivity & heightened emotions, irrational feelings of anger and low self worth, food cravings and extreme tiredness. They help to balance things out all month long. I would highly recommend these for anyone who suffers even a jot of PMS along with Agnus Castus which I also use.

These capsules were recommended to me and I have found them helpful with getting a restful night’s sleep. They are quite large to swallow, but they go down easily with water. I haven’t had any side effects from them.
