She said she noticed the difference after two days and hasn’t had issues with bad knuckles since. Pills are quite large but she snapped them in half and said it wasn’t an issue. As well as calcium it has K2 is which allows the calcium to be absorbed.Would recommend

Tastes nice - of vanilla. Bit powdery though. Need to take 2 or 4 tablets a day and 60 in bottle

The taste is a bit too much on a creamy sweet side in my opinion, but it might just be personal preference.

I don't normally do reviews but I thought I ought to let potential buyers know that these are quite large tablets, so big that I nearly choked on one. I did have a full cup of herbal tea to wash it down with but it got stuck and I'm afraid to take another one as my throat was sore all day. Having said that the first one I took went down ok but I wish I had bought the chewable ones. The pictures show the tablets on the left and a standard paracetamol on the right. I can't comment on the efficacy as I've not been able to take many of them yet. I am breaking them in half to see if I can manage them better.

They taste great, chewable which I love as hate taking tablets. They are big and taste like vanilla. I use them as a little boost to my diet.

i cant comment on what it does - it was recommended to me by a specialist, but the tablets are TOO BIG. they are basically a choking hazard. i dread taking them and even skip a doze sometimes

Perfect vitamins to replace Bone Care!

So glad to finally find a good Cal/D/K/Magnesium vitamin that works as good as the now extinct Bone Care vitamins! I have severe cervical degenerative spine, which these have helped tremendously. They are big to swallow, but I can deal with that over the pain I had been experiencing. I highly recommend these.
