I've taken cod liver oil on a regular basis since childhood (for current age context, I recently discovered a grey hair in my left nostril). I bought these particular capsules some months back because there was a deal on them and they seemed to be of good value.So far, I have no complaints. The quality seems as good as some of the better ones I've taken in the past. I like that it's just one capsule a day; they're easily digestible with a glass of water. I also like that I don't walk around for the day smelling super fishy as a result of taking them. I'll be happily staying the course with these ones after a bumper purchase.

I’ve been using Natures Aid 1000mg High Strength Cod Liver Tablets, and I’m really impressed with the results. The tablets are easy to swallow and have a high dose of Omega-3, which is great for overall health, particularly for joints and heart health. Retinoic Acid has just been discovered to regenerate limbs in animals. In humans retinoic acid and natural Vitamin A can regenerate skin and keep your telomeres young. This is a wonderful product.

Good Solid Value for Cod Liver Oil

I like this cod liver oil. It claims to be from Iceland, and has similar amounts of EPA and DHA (omega 3 fatty acids) to the Norwegian lemon-lime flavored brand, at a much lower cost. And for that you get a slightly fishy after taste. Like all the oils, it's also likely to repeat on you every so often. While I have to admit that the more expensive oil does taste better, I don't think it's worth paying twice as much. So, for now, I'm buying this one.
