This is light and comfortable to wear, with foam pads inside for extra comfort; covering part of the top, front and sides and making sure that the inside attachments for the various straps and badges don't rub. The chin strap is elastic, but not tight and you do not need to wear it to keep the hat on - so, you can just slip it over the back of the hat if you prefer and forget about it. Since the play, it has remained in the dressing up box and both the badges have remained firmly on. Very good value, and well made, for the price.

The helmet looks sturdy and of good quality, only needed for a school play so longevity wasn't really a factor, but I think it would last well in a dressing up box.Fits our 8-year old son well, slightly big but then description has it as 14+. I think he has a relatively big head so if you want this for a younger child or one with a smaller head then you may need a smaller one. It has an elastic chin strap to hold but no foam pads or anything else on the inside to hold it in place (some earlier reviews mention foam pads).

This is quite big, I bought it for my daughter but it keeps tipping over the front of her face, I tried it on and it fits me with some room in it.It's well made though and very sturdy.

I am a child minder and needed some hats this is one of the ones a chose as i thought it was cheap an cheerful. when i got it a was expecting thin plastic that may break easily as it was so cheap, only to find when i opened the box it wasn't at all it's nice and sturdy and can withstand quite a knock, now i know that it sounds a bit like i'm going to use it as a hard hat but when it comes to children's toys you want them to last especially for some of the prices you pay! but I can quite happily say this is as good if not better made than the ones that places like early learning sell bearing in mind that there's sell at £9

Thank you fast delivery, this is a lovely looking police helmet, the material is a hard plastic, the colour of my helmet is black, even though its a hard plastic the helmet is so light to carry so for a child to wear, it will be comfortable, this helmet also has an elastic chin strap and silver badges on the front and top which feel secure and are stuck on well.

El niño aún no tenía los 3 años cuando se lo compré y fue necesario ponerle un relleno porque le quedaba muy grande, salvo esto, nada que objetar. El material es muy duro y aunque se nos cayó unas cuantas veces al suelo, está intacto.
