Bought this because it was the only septic tank compatible spa bath cleaner I could find. It worked extremely well and I was horrified at the black sludge stuff it moved from my bath pipes. Yuck. I have asthma so I was pleased that there was very little smell and it did not irritate me.

We kept getting black bits in the bath despite using cleaning tablets, actually considered changing the bath it got so bad. Bought this product and used half the bottle in warm/ hot water and ran through the cycle, yes it foamed up so switched it off and continued checking on the bath during the day switching on the jets until it foamed up then off again, did this about 10 times during the day then emptied the bath rinsed it filled it with cold water and ran the jets again, absolutely clear clean water, washed the bath and have been using the tablets after each bath even if Spa wasn't used, the water has remained crystal clear. Brilliant product you just need to take the time on that first clean.

Great product. If you haven't cleaned the bath in this way for a long time, it will be necessary to use a bigger shock dose than they recommend, say two bottles in quick succession. Great for regular ongoing cleaning/degreasing.

A realy good product. Easy to use just follow the instructions. It take a while to clean the pipes and pump but its really amazing how much accumilated dirt is removed from the spa bath system.

I had to use it twice on my whirlpool bath, but combined with the sanitising tablets, it did the trick. No more unwanted nasty bits in the water.
