I took these to help with my air-sickness during a long-haul flight and they worked a treat! Every time I felt like I was going to throw up, I downed one of these and it settled my stomach for a few hours, letting me get on with enjoying the in-flight entertainment. For the first time, I was even able to eat airline food (because the smells would usually make me super nauseous) and I honestly think these pills made that possible. The next time I fly, I will definitely use these!Just a note that the pills are kinda big (for me, a petite woman anyway) so you might feel it going down your throat, but that's only a minor annoyance compared to the benefits!

When ingesting a product, I like knowing it hasn’t been tampered with in any way. When I received and opened this product for the first time I found the top wasn’t sealed at all and inside, along with the capsules, was silica bags and foam stuffed in to the bottle. I have personally never experienced that before with supplements or medication so I don’t trust this product to help me in any way.

These are the only things that could help with my morning sickness. I struggled awfully with sickness and nausea in my pregnancies. I can't stand ginger biscuits / food and was barely keeping anything down at one point. Although they do smell quite potently of ginger, swallow them quickly with a flavoured drink and they almost immediately fix your sickness. I wish I'd found them sooner!

i was taking these for nausea and they helped a lot. Another good side effect was that it reduced my acne:-) I probably wont buy them again though as i get the same effect by making my own fresh ginger tea. However they are good when you may need them during travelling.

I've bought a few ginger tablets in my time, and take a lot of supplements in general, but have never struggled to swallow them until I got these. They are far too big and do not have a coating to help them slip down the throat. I can swallow 3 or 4 normal supplements at a time no trouble, but cannot swallow one of these without problems.
