I apply it in the evening straight after a shower (when the pores are open), on to the lower legs only, a few hours before bedtime, I use three sprays per leg and it really helps. I get a good nights sleep and the restless legs completely disappear. It doesn’t have a nice texture and feels a bit sticky but I’ll take that over the benefits I get using it. It does also dry my skin but I apply a decent moisturiser in the morning to offset that. A bottle will last me a long time so I tend to buy a new one when it’s on offer. I prefer to use the transdermal route over magnesium tablets due to fillers and anti caking agents found in the latter.

Very effective, non oily spray that absorbs quickly- really helps you get to sleep! Only downside (as with any topical magnesium) to be aware of is that it is very drying to the skin. Would recommend putting a thick cream over the top once fully soaked in to avoid dry skin

I bought this to help with painful leg cramps. I don't use it regularly as its very sticky to use, but when you get severe cramps you'll try anything, and this does seem to give me relief.

I’ve only been using it for about 10 days, but it does appear to be helping. I get off to sleep easily, but any sleep I get after 2am is a bonus. However I have dosed in and out the last couple of nights. Only time will tell. It does leave a slight residue, not exactly sticky, but if you do massage it into your skin, you may need to wash your hands after. Not an unpleasant smell, and not overly noticeable. Spray works well, and is easy to do just before retiring.

Improved sleep quality, highly recommend!
Excellent product. I am obsessed with getting great sleep and have been sampling various supplements and products over the past 10 years or so.I always sleep well and enjoy vivid and interesting dreams when I use the spray! I give five or six sprays on each foot and give myself a mini foot massage so that it absorbs well a few minutes before bed. I experience better quality sleep every time I use this product and highly recommend. Plus, it comes from Great Britain. Everything from Europe is so much better in terms of quality as they are committed to supporting the health of their citizens by not not allowing toxic substances in their food products and so I trust the quality of this more than I would a similar product coming from a country outside of the European Union/the United Kingdom.

朝は洗顔後、夜は入浴後の濡れた状態でマグネシウムオイルを吹きかけています。その際、「眠りに効果的」と、このスプレーを更に吹き付けています^_^使ったから眠れているのか？使わなくても眠れるのか？不明ですが、眠れているのでヨシとしております✨先ずはマグネシウムオイルを使われ、その効果を体感された後、購入される事をお勧めします✨
