I used it on the french polished bowl back of an old and neglected Neapolitan mandolin I'm restoring. It certainly removed blurs and marks, and has brought up the shine rather well, given the initial condition. I didn't expect it would restore it to " as new" state, and indeed I wouldn't want that as I believe an old instrument should show some signs of it's age and useage. It doesn't eliminate light scratching for example. But, it's done a very acceptable job and I'm happy with it. Would recommend for similar use and I'm sure it would be equally good on some older kinds of furniture.

Used this to improve the surface finish on my Banister Hand Rail which I stripped back to the bare mahogany timber and laquered with 5 coats of Colron Water Based Wood Laquer. After 3 days to allow the laquer to fully cure I smoothed the surface with 250 grit abrasive paper and then returned the surface finish to a silk shine using a rotary polishing mop and the Liberon Burnishing Cream. For a water based Laquer it's pleasantly smooth and has a much better shine than I'd hoped for. I'd have prefered to use a tradition a spirit base laquer with which I'm more familier as it involves a lot less faff and the finish is a traditional full gloss - but water based is the future and the burnished laquer has attrached plenty of compliments from visitors.

Used this to refurbish an old, battered mahogany hall stand. I couldn't tell what the finish on the wood was but this burnishing cream did a brilliant job of cleaning and revitalizing it. It was easy and quick to use, and a little goes a long way. Then I used it on brass door knobs, wooden unpainted bannisters and some old Victorian ceramic tiles. All came up brilliantly.I highly recommend this product.

it does what it says on the tin but you need to be carefull you can easily get carried away and rub to bare wood. used correctly it does make a dull peice of furniture look better, id try a can of spray polish first next time .

Over 25 years old my dining room table was in need of a rebirth. The veneer was well worn and marked.Burnishing cream was recommended by a furniture restorer.OMG the results were incredible. The tables lustre is not only restored it look like new.I am so pleased with the results and highly recommended it.

This Liberon Burnishing Cream is the real deal. It brought a beautiful, deep shine to my antique furniture that I thought was lost forever. A little goes a long way, and it's easy to apply and buff. My only minor gripe is that the scent is a bit strong, but it fades quickly. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with the results and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to restore the luster of their cherished wood pieces.

This product is amazing! We acquired this kitchen set and the finish on the table top finish was worn and dull in several areas, and also had ring marks. Followed the product instructions with a good deal of old fashioned elbow grease and have a beautiful outcome! The table top finish is greatly improved. No need to strip and varnish!!
