I've been losing weight on the keto diet. I've been using these, but as I've kept a low carb diet anyway, it is hard to know what effect these have had. I've lost weight though.

They do help with cutting carbs (which is what I wanted them for so I am happy) ...but also result in windy weather = be prepared.

I bought these tablets because I find a low carb diet hard to stick to - but I have to stay the days that I eat carbs I have taken these tablets I have been very surprised at how effective they actually are.
