This was recommended to me by a friend after I caught covid. I was getting married the next week and worried I didn't have the energy or stamina to get through the day. I used this for a week and it worked a treat for me. Only downside was the taste so I added it to fresh orange and downed it quick. Would definitely buy it again if I needed a pick me up though.

Initially bought this for my husband who had broken his neck 6 months prior and was feeling 'low'. 2 months later and I 'hit the deck' - couldn't get off the couch, had no energy whatsoever and felt lousy. Decided to hit this bottle and within 4 hours I honestly felt a lift. I continued for 3 weeks and never looked back. Trust me, this tastes disgusting, however, the results were too good to ignore. I clipped my nose with a peg first thing in the morning, took a tablespoon full, drank a mouthful of vit C drink, took the peg off and half an hour later ate something. Make sure you do eat after half an hour or your insides burn a little. 3 weeks later and I'm back on form, back at the gym and feeling positive again. Bought this for others and recommended to everyone else!

Bought for my daughter who experiences heavy periods & extreme tiredness, thought some iron with additional nutrients might help. She is a nightmare for swallowing tablets, so thought this liquid would be good to try. Im sure it is probably a very good product to do what it is meant to do, but despite very brave effort on my daughters behalf, the taste was so vile we had to give up using it after a week. Good product if you can stomach the taste.

I can see why this product is called liquid gold! I have been taking it six days now and for the past four I have had loads of energy, felt really positive and slept really well. I have not felt this good in ages, especially before my period.My seven year old son is taking it too and his behaviour the past few days has been brilliant! I just put it in a glass of juice, he has not even noticed. It's very easy to disguise the taste!My friend who is 82 is using it and he feels much better and also another friend age 41 said she has also had improved sleep, mood and energy levels.We all purchased it to boost our immune systems during the flu season, but are all very pleased with the energy boost we are receiving during the dark month of January 🙏We are all super happy with the product and are going to continue using it!

I took 1tsp and nearly choked to death - it hit the back of my throat and I couldn't get my breath. It was quite frightening! I couldn't recommend it to anyone.
