So I bought these for my husband to help to reduce his rising cholesterol levels.I’m a Nutituonal Therapist and know how to help you reduce these levels.So the protocol recommended was as follows:Reduce meal sizes.Red meat no more than once a week.Daily smoothies including chia seeds, flaxseeds and organic soya milk.Essential fatty acid supplements.Niacin (this brand).Switched to soya milk in drinks and cereal.His levels dropped back to normal in less than 3 months and the GP couldn’t believe the change.I highly recommend this product and brand and hope this review will help others.

It is beneficial for a healthy nervous system and a well-functioning digestive system. The minimum amount of vitamin B3 required for healthy living varies with age. Children require 2-16 mg of vitamin B3, while pregnant women require 18 mg of the vitamin.

Really helps clear up my skin, am prob to an outbreak (impetigo spots) have been using these for a few years now and really does help keep my skin a bit cleaner but you have to take every day

I have lyme disease and noticed a decrease in brain inflammation since I started taking this. I take 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at lunch. I was worried about taking a B3 product but this one hasn't caused any flushing whatsoever.
